General Office Administrator

We are looking to appoint a General Office Administrator to join our Administration Team team based at our premises in Grimsby.
In this role you will work collaboratively to ensure the following responsibilities are undertaken:
- Receive and direct incoming telephone calls.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail in line with company procedures
- General administration including data input, scanning, timesheet processing and preparation of letters.
- Provide support to the accounts function for administration including statements and invoicing.
- Filing and archiving in line with company procedures.

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
