Office Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**:
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to documents.
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance productivity.
- Ensure that office supplies are stocked and ordered in a timely manner to avoid shortages.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with excel and word is preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Working hours will be 3-4 days a week Monday -Friday 9am-12pm
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week
