**Bosham Walk**
To join or supply services to our marine company “The Manor of Bosham & the Hundred” and retail company “Bosham Walk”. Working within a small team you will have an important role to play as follows:
Primary responsibility is managing our financial records using XERO linked to GoCardless which includes a small payroll.
During the winter season you’ll upload our marine sales invoices, which are generated and supplied by our third party sales ledger team, and oversee collection of payment using GoCardless.
During the summer season you will reconcile and analyse our quay fees collected via SumUp.
We use a bespoke till system within our retail business which operates from Google Sheets (run by the Bosham Walk Manager) which provides the month end XERO import templates.
You’ll help prepare the annual accounts and develop regular appropriate KPI reporting for owner along with some basic budgets.
Other routine jobs include checking the retail cash reconciliation prepared by the Bosham Walk Manager and uploading and coding purchase invoices.
Optional development opportunities are to get involved in the running of the estate and various interesting projects. Being small companies we sometime cover each other roles which might involve stepping in to cover our till for a lunch break or half day or collecting fees on the quay. All this makes for an interesting and varied role if you wish it to be extended beyond bookkeeping.
