**About the role**

Whilst you'll broadly be responsible forsupporting the delivery of internal communications across several stakeholders, audiences, and projects within the business, there is definitely the opportunity to shape this role going forwards as we continue to grow. You'll work closely with Holly, our Central Operations Manager, across the following areas:

- Creating and implementing internal communication campaigns with a consistent and authentic tone, ensuring that messages are delivered through the appropriate channels in a timely and engaging manner.
- Supporting on the creation and implementation of a brand-new communications and information platform, contributing ideas for the purpose, structure and governance of the site and exploring how internal communications could be improved through content, user experience etc.
- Continuously reviewing the internal communications channels and methods across the business and contribute ideas for improving them to enhance colleague experience and ensure maximum success of landing key messages across a wide range of audiences
- Contributing to a wide range of projects across the business to ensure appropriate communications are implemented to support the successful completion of the project objectives
- Overseeing existing internal communications channels and create and release regular content via these

**About you**

At Portman we recognise the importance of flexibility - you could do this role on a hybrid basis, if you live within a reasonable distance of our Cheltenham head office, or we're happy to consider someone who lives further afield and would prefer to work remotely.
