We’re looking for an experienced Internal Channels Manager to join an established, Global organisation on an exciting journey implementing a new internal platform on a Global Scale.
**Ideal Current/ Previous roles for this position**: Digital Communications, Internal Communications and Project Management.
**The Internal Channels Manager will**:
Bringing new channels to life
- This role will be key to the planning, development, and implementation of the new colleague experience platform through all phases as part of the implementation team.
- Contribute to the development of any future channels introduced
- Recommend and develop curated user journeys based on business needs, colleague roles and insight derived from analysis of platform usage

Creating exceptional communications experiences
- Play a key role in the planning, co-ordination, writing and maintenance of the content on the colleague experience platform, ensuring compliance with agreed policies, standards, retention/expiry dates and metadata standards
- Help develop and deliver training, both Group and one-on-one, and provide advice and operational support to platform content authors, editors, and site owners
- Support the Group Internal Communications Manager to ensure our content is delivered in the correct language for each audience through both machine and centrally managed translation processes.

Change and Communications
- Change management - Marketing the colleague experience platform around the Group, communicating wins and initiatives, ensuring colleagues use the platform effectively, allowing people to “let go” of old ways and embrace new improved practices.
- Co-ordinate network of Intranet content editors and site owners
- Project management - Coordination, planning, management and implementation of intranet initiatives and delivery of new functionality through effective change management

- You’re curious and empathetic, you seek to understand our business and our audiences to ensure that our internal communications are inclusive, relevant and impactful.
- You’re experienced, an internal communications professional with track record of digital channel management, imaginative content curation and creation
- You’re passionate about creating and delivering best-in-class colleague experience through all our digital channels
- You’re collaborative, with the ability to engage with stakeholders from many different business areas at all levels
- You’re analytical and forward looking, able to translate our communications data into practical suggestions for both new content and channel development, seeking to add value through all that you do
- You have strong interpersonal skills, equally happy to facilitate workshops to gather requirements or provide training face-to-face and online
- You are methodical and highly organised, but able, when necessary to respond with agility and intelligence to any challenge you meet
- And of course, you have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with great attention to detail
