Why we want you

We’re looking for a Partner Operations Executive to join our team. The Partnership team are the trend-setters in everything experiences. We’re racing to find the next best thing to keep inspiring our customers. We source, grow and retain outstanding experiences,and manage relationships with our fantastic partners. The front line of the business, we work our hardest to meet the needs of all stakeholders to deliver incredible results.

Working with the Partner Operations Manager we need you to help us:

- Maintain and enrich data on Dynamics to ensure proper record keeping
- Suggest and collaborate on additions and changes to our current processes
- Liaise with Finance in handling and resolving any invoice or payment queries arising from contractual or pricing errors
- Provide full support and training to partners to ensure proper use of the SVS system
- Facilitating the set up of all experiences through the onboarding process
- Process agreed price and product amendments, product discontinuations and re-lists
- To manage contract and pricing templates on the E-sign portal and answer queries regarding the terms and conditions within the contract
- Support CS in query resolution relating to products and prices
- Support strategic product growth. Update all multi-choice and collection vouchers with new inclusions at agreed intervals and facilitate the set up of new options
- Full understanding of API connection opportunities and procedures to enable digital real time customer booking

What you'll need
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional eye for detail and high level of accuracy
- Experience working in a dynamic, fast moving, customer service focused environment
- Ability to work under pressure, to deadline and without continual direct supervision
- Ability to prioritise workload and adapt to incoming urgent tasks
- Experience working with a CRM system desirable
- Understanding of APIs desirable
