**Why we want you**
We’re looking for a People Operations Assistant to support the People team. As a department, we’re here when our people need us, empathetic and compassionate, excited to help. **We need you to help us**:
- Own general day-to-day HR administrative activities in relation to the employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding to learning and development through to leaving
- Own the online training platform Workwize to ensure compliance across the team
- Support the People team in delivering Projects
- Ensure the accuracy, maintenance and development of PeopleHR
- Support the Engagement working group in creating initiatives and events and own the planning process
- Assist the Head of People in preparing the monthly payroll
- Provide reporting to the Leadership Group inclusive of holiday management, training and objectives completion and board reports
- Work with the CCO and Head of People on any ad hoc initiatives or requirements
**What you’ll need**:
- CIPD level 3 as a minimum, qualified or part qualified
- Pro-active, self-motivated, organised and able to prioritise with mínimal supervision
- Able to build collaborative relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
