Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

**Salary**: £22,500 per annum
Location: Hitchin
Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience within a customer service role
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Highly organised
- Computer literate on Microsoft packages

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Setting up customer accounts on the system ensuring enough detail for contracts to run smoothly
- Liaising with both internal teams, and external customers to meet customers' expectations
- Dealing with contract renewals and the activation of new contracts
- Providing support for Engineers with product information ahead of projects / maintenance visits
- Invoicing contracts for the clients
- Ad-hoc administration when required
