**SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER**

**EXCITING NEW REQUIREMENT FOR A SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER TO WORK ON A CENTRAL GOVERNMENT PROJECT**

Contract opportunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
- Remote
- Very occasional travel to Croydon
- 12-month contract
- Active SC clearance required
- Day rate up to £520pd

**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...**
- An active SC clearance, NPPV3 would be advantageous
- Experience driving and reporting on the service review activities
- Experience of Service Now
- Experience being responsible for driving and reporting on the performance of RCA process activities
- Experience and knowledge of Service Management Framework
