We are Auxillis, part of the Northgate Vehicle Hire family and one of the pioneers of the credit hire market. We have rapidly grown to become the market leader in the provision of credit hire, credit repair, insurance replacement vehicle services, and relatedproducts. We provide services on behalf of many of the UK’s largest insurers.

It’s an exciting time at Northgate Auxillis, as we continue on our journey of success, we have seen significantly increased levels of business activity recently with more to come, having won a new long-term contract with one of our service providers.

We are looking for a large number of Service Delivery Drivers across the UK to help us to deliver on our customer promises. We want colleagues who can be adaptable, who can work the hours the business needs, and those that appreciate the flexibility thata zero-hour contract brings for both you and us.

**The Role: Service Delivery Driver**

The core elements of the role is the preparation and then delivery or collection of hire vehicles to customers, we exist to keep the customer mobile whilst their vehicle is being repaired. You will be representing Northgate Auxillis face to face with thecustomer and it will be down to you to make sure the customer has a great experience. It's always the little things that make a difference; a warm and friendly approach, taking the time to explain the vehicle controls and the hire documents or answering querieshelpfully and positively.
