**What’s the job?**

Reporting to the Head of Sales and supported by a freelance Marketing Manager you’ll get involved with all aspects of marketing. If you like diversity and different challenges, this is the one for you.

You’ll be a competent copywriter, able to create content for a range of channels and publications
- you’ll get the opportunity to show your creativity.

You’ll manage social media accounts, edit websites, get involved in rebrands and utilize a CRM system to actively target and segment markets. A varied range of experience is key.

Ultimately, your role is to generate warm sales leads for the sales team, so evidence of turning marketing activity into revenue would be fantastic. As a small business the ability to work interdepartmentally is also a key aspect as is experience of workingB2B.

The business itself is growing, and your development within the role will become a key part of that story. They have a good professional yet friendly culture. Many colleagues work on a hybrid basis, open plan office and a close team ethos.
