Calling all Customer Services Supervisors who would love to work for a busy thriving manufacturing company based in Kingswinford. The objective of the Customer Services Supervisor role will be to ensure efficient processing of all machines, accessory and spares orders from receipt of order until dispatch in order for the company to achieve sustainable competitive advantage. Create a proactiveculture where customer service actively sells products. The main duties will be: " Manage team of 2 Customer Service Co-Ordinators to ensure all orders for machines and accessories are processed in accordance with prevailing service levels. " Liaise with Logistics/PDC Manger on Capacity Plan, Stock Availability, Order Specification. " Liaise with Technical Department to ensure all PVR's are completed, and Sales Co-Ordinators trained and conversant with new products/accessories " Ensure key results are achieved in order to meet targets and goals agreed with Sales Director " Ensure all NSR (Non Standard Requests) are correctly evaluated, priced and communicated to customer and customisation " Maintain good customer relations by presenting a professional, efficient and helpful service. " Assist the Logistics Department in the forecasting process in order to identify potential shortages of specific machine codes. " Conduct regular reviews with National/Regional Sales Managers to monitor progress with the account. " Raise / Control Credit Notes for Machine / Accessories returns. " Provide any competitor information to the Sales for inclusion into the competitor file e.g. product/price comparisons and marketing activities. " Contact Key Customers as required to ensure satisfaction of the departments/Company's service. " Attend regular reviews with the Sales Director to identify training requirements as well as setting "smart objectives" and planning personal development Ability to communicate with customers at all levels - Ability to communicate with internal functions - Negotiation with customers - Planning, Organisation & Time Management - Strong Supervisory Experience - Work as part of fast responsive team - Flexible within team - Can use Sales Order Processing System - Strong IT Microsoft Office Package Skills - Excel to good standard
