We are currently looking for a Property Helpdesk Supervisor.As the Property Helpdesk Supervisor, you will be the team leader of the Property Administrator team, based in our regional office in Kingswinford, Dudley.

**As the Property Helpdesk Supervisor, you will**:
- Team Supervisor for the Property Helpdesk & Administrative Team
- Provide all required support, 1to1's and meet training needs requested where possible
- Be experienced in managing teams and decision making
- Oversee and manage coverage of Property Hub and overall team annual leave
- Mange and supervisor financial systems used within the business, of which is Proactis or ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrate the ability to deal with finance and invoice queries whilst supporting the team in working through open commitments
- Have full understanding of CAFM systems - perferably Elogbooks - or the ability to learn quickly along with supporting the team in terms of managing the dashboard, aged jobs, orders awaiting PO and other related tasks.
- Work with the Data Coordinator and others as required to prepare, plan and deliver the annual Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule
- Ability to process work requirements set by the Head of Property and utilise the property hub team to deliver
- Ability to constantly re-prioritise workload to support requirements set out by Head of Property
- Respond to queries of an urgent nature
- Oversee the ordering and receipt and administration of FRA and WRA actions
- Attend Property team meetings, take minutes and ensure that appropriate information discussed at the meeting is shared with the property hub team
- Organise all meetings (team and external) on behalf of the Head of Property and the Contracts & Compliance Manager.
- Help with the collation and presentation of data to prepare monthly board reports, bi-monthly Property Review and Team meeting report.
**Selection Criteria**:
- Location - Baird House, Kingswinsford
- A flexible approach to work including travel to Team Meetings, Contractor Meetings and the groups other office locations as and when required
- Experience of managing teams
- Knowledge o felectronic payment software (Preferably Proactis P2P) and CAFM systems (preferably Elogbooks)
- A good understanding of Capex Processes
- Significant experience and understanding of Facilities Management and the associated service delivery (preferably in a care home setting)
- Special Requirement - everyone working in a care home (you may on occasion be required to visit a care home) MUST be double vaccinated against C19. You cannot be considered for this role unless you are able to provide evidence of your vaccination statusand are willing to maintain that vaccination as and when advised,
