**Purpose**:To assist with implementing and monitoring the social media strategy to increase brand awareness, user engagement and increase revenue across all social media platforms.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Engage the community across all social media channels (including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and TikTok) and quickly respond to questions and queries.
- Support the execution of our social media strategy, content calendar, schedule and posting of content across all social media platforms.
- Assist with generating creative ideas for social first-content including campaign assets, real-time videos and copy when required.
- Assists Social Media Lead with campaign projects, events, and community management and develop new social initiatives to drive KPI’s i.e partnerships, competitions, giveaways and influencer content.
- Continuously monitor and report on UGC from influencers and fan community, as well as competitor activity and social trends on a weekly basis to ensure brand remains relevant.
- Supporting Social Media and Influencers Leads with product seeding activities, compiling and updating lists of influencers and journalists
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers, journalists and thought leaders.
- Supporting Social Media and Influencer Leads to achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
- Brief CS team with clear guidelines and regular contact to ensure that their communication with customers across all social channels is on brand and relevant to each social channel. When required assist with the monitoring and answering of all customer service-related questions.
- Work with digital team and external creative teams to brief and ensure delivery of all PR, influencer and social media assets
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
- Prompt delivery of accurate/useful performance reports.
- To always look for ways to do things more effectively and to make recommendations.
- Work to the values outlined in the Essence of Neal’s Yard Remedies’

**Person Specification**:

- Naturally embodies the values contained in the ‘Essence of Neal’s Yard Remedies and our Behavioural Framework
- Experience of Social Media, Marketing, Digital or PR is desired.
- Passionate about natural and organic skincare
- Ideally experience gained within the Health & Beauty industry.
- To be able to demonstrate this experience and current skills using and interacting with social media platforms.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Excellent creative, consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills.
- Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability.
- To be friendly and collaborative, a great team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
