**Salary**: £24,000 - £28,000/ per year + Benefits (Listed below)

**Reports to**: Director

**Schedule**: 5 days a week including one day during the weekend
- There are no possibilities to work remotely due to the nature of the job being very operational and face-to-face.

Our company is a London-based perfume house specialising in bespoke perfumery.

Founded by French perfumer and entrepreneur Emmanuelle Moeglin in 2016, EPC empowers people to explore, experience and experiment with fragrances. We believe anyone can be the designer of their own personalised perfume.

Through our training academy and fine fragrance collections, we enable our customers to get creative in crafting and designing a scent that is personal to them.

**Role outline**:
We are looking for a full-time Office Manager / Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic and creative team in our lab boutique in Covent Garden. You will be working directly with the brand’s founder and other team members. The role involves efficientand timely friendly customer service (online and face to face), lab production and general administrative support within a boutique and perfume laboratory environment.

The position would suit someone who has excellent organisation and communication skills, attention to detail enjoys being hands-on and with a keen interest in perfume, cosmetics and/or luxury goods.

This is a great for anyone looking for an all-round role including operational and creative tasks with the opportunity

**Key responsibilities**:

- Managing stock and in-house production
- Customer care service in-store and online
- Looking after store visitors
- Laboratory tasks involving the handling of perfume ingredients
- Assisting with content creation including social media and copywriting

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years’ experience within Office Management / Customer Service / Customer Success is Ideal

**Required skills**:

- Outstanding organisational, administrative, time and people skills.
- An ability to multi-task a variety of projects and tasks
- A keen interest in perfumery, cosmetics, luxury design, fashion, or art
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Positive attitude and initiative
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- Takes ownership of projects without supervision
- Developed Mathematical ability, common sense and a logical mindset are essential
- Work independently and have a flexible entrepreneur mindset
- Monitoring and reporting on goals and objectives

**Desirable skills**:

- Ability within Adobe suite
- An eye for luxury and design aesthetic
- Good business acumen
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Social Media planning and execution
- Face-to-face customer selling
