**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the HR inbox ticketing system, responding to and resolving where appropriate, or escalating to the HR Manager
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding
- Assist with monthly payroll
- Manage confidential employee data
- Generate reports from the HRIS
- Deal with sensitive and confidential issues within the frameworks of the Data Protection Legislation
- Draft standard HR documentation including letters, contracts and adverts
- Support the HR Manager as first point of contact for all HR related queries
- Provide support with ad Hoc HR projects as and when required

**About You**

This is a great opportunity for someone who has a genuine interest in Human Resources with some experience working in an HR Department. You will partner with the HR Manager in supporting and providing the full employee life cycle experience.

This role is initially a part time role working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Flexible working hours with a hybrid arrangement.

**Core Skills**:

- Some experience working within a HR Department
- Currently studying toward CIPD Level 3 or planning to
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Highly organised with the ability to plan ahead
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to maintain a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Comfortable working in the Microsoft Office space using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12,272.00 per year
