**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As a 3rd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will have a talent for tech and desire to provide strong service delivery to our clients. You will support the 1st and 2nd Line team and act as a point of escalation for more advanced issues, ensuring that incidentscome to a resolution in a timely manner to meet service level targets. You will be problem solving and spotting opportunities to constantly improve and perfect service and processes. You will speak both face to face and over the phone with clients and thirdparties so great communication is essential. You will also participate in project work when required. For success in this role, it is essential to have skills in the following areas: Windows Server / O365 / Active Directory / Citrix / HyperV / Powershell

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Networking knowledge covering LAN/ vLAN /WAN
- Expertise with Microsoft SQL

An advanced level of HP Switch Technology

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- A passion for service and a drive to make a difference.
- Strong problem solving capabilities and great interpersonal skills
- Windows Server / O365 / Active Directory / Citrix / HyperV / Powershell
