**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

As a 2nd Line Service Desk Engineer, you will have a talent for tech and desire to provide strong service delivery to our clients. You will support the 1st and 2nd Line teams to resolve Service Desk issues and will complete relevant investigations beforeescalating to 3rd Line. Junior Service Desk members will love to learn from you, your technical skills, and your work ethic. You will ensure incidents are resolved in a timely manner in line with targets. For success in this role, it is essential to have skillsin the following areas: Windows Server / O365 / Active Directory / Citrix

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE**
- Networking knowledge covering LAN/ vLAN /WAN
- Experience using Microsoft Exchange 2013 and later

**IT'S NICE TO HAVE**
- A passion for service and a drive to make a difference.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and great interpersonal skills
- Windows Server / O365 / Active Directory / Citrix
