The Commercial Division at SF Recruitment are currently working with a market leading organisation, they are key manufacturer, supplier, and distributor of their products.

We are actively seeking a Quality Assurance Administrator to join the company headquarters on a full-time basis for 12 months initially.

Your daily responsibilities could include the below:

- Updating and maintaining accurate Quality Management documentation records, including logs and trackers for several processes.
- Handling internal enquiries and escalating within the team where required.
- Ensure that Supplier and Customer files are complete and ready for the approval/re-approval process in a timely manner.
- Centrally file and archive a wide range of documentation including all training records, Reports, Investigations, and other quality documentation.
- Arranging audits and follow-up on audit findings.
- Upload audit documents
- Assist auditor with self-inspection documentation.
- You will be managing 70% system administration and 30% audit administration.

The successful Quality Assurance Administrator will ideally have experience working in a similar role as listed above, however this is not essential. You will need to have strong attention to detail and be adaptable in an ever changing, fast-paced environment. You will be a strong team player, and able to support the Quality Manager in identifying and implementing improvement actions.
