Award winning food manufacturing company operating from its state-of-the-art facility require an experienced Quality Assurance to ensure high standards of food safety & quality throughout the production process.

Key duties will include:

- Collect samples
- Fridge temperature checks
- Audit and document verification checks
- Identify and recommend any changes
- Conduct regular Food safety audits to ensure conformity with standards.
- Identify and report any findings to the Technical Manager
- Monthly inspections for GMP, Glass & Hard Plastics
- Experienced Quality Assurance preferably from a food manufacturing background.
- An eye for spotting faults and finding effective solutions.
- Able to work independently.
- Eagerness to develop both professionally and personally.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of HACCP
- Basic Food hygiene certificate
Hours of work: 40 hrs.

Monday - Friday

**Salary**: £26 - £29k depending on experience
