The company is looking to expand its commercial offering by hiring a highly experienced
**Lead Content Strategist** to lead our educational content and grow revenue through a market-leading content strategy. The output for this content will be across multiple platforms, which includes our own website and app but also across third-party platforms, so it involves working with different vendors.
**Reporting into the Head of Commercial Marketing UK, your duties and responsibilities include**:
- ** Defining the education content strategy**:
- educational content is crucial to upskill our clients and help to acquire new clients. You will be responsible for the global education strategy and look to scale operations whilst localising for the audience. You will have access to localisation resources and work collaboratively with the Head of Сontent & Localisation.
- ** Defining content success metrics**:
- creating a marketing content measurement framework across our full content strategy (devised by the Head of Content & Localisation), which includes our website and third party websites. Demonstrating the value of content is crucial, whilst also highlighting where there are gaps that can be improved. This also covers a website UX/CRO roadmap and working collaboratively with our product team. Centralising marketing strategy for customer acquisition and retention from commercial POV (organic performance, landing pages, campaigns, generic webpages etc.), analysing their performance and creating an actionable plan to improve.
- ** Providing leadership**:
- You will demonstrate clear leadership skills and be clear with their strategy in front of C-Suite and other senior stakeholders. The role requires team management and being able to motivate direct reports and team members through clear guidance and through your ability. Although writing will only form a part of your role, you are expected to lead by example and produce market-leading content.

**Requirements**:
- You will have excellent attention to detail and take great pride in producing thorough customer-centric content
- You will be results driven and have a commercial mindset
- Collaborative in working across product, marketing and with external stakeholders
- 8 years + of experience in writing about financial markets
- 3-5 years + experience in leading a content team
- Clear understanding of working in a regulated environment and exceeding the high standards expected
