**Project Manager - Agile/Scrum -Medtech/Healthcare - Remote -Salary - £55-60,000 & benefits**

Our client are digital innovators. They support our clients, like the NHS, in their digital transformation journey to offer secure and trusted digital services. They build a health and care system that is integrated, secure and built around individuals andtheir needs. In addition to this, they also provide world-leading digital support services.

They are a team of ambitious and supportive project managers, QA engineers, business analysts, software architects and developers. And they are currently recruiting **a Project Manager** to join and contribute to an evolving team. Their project management team supports their technical team in the delivery of Identity Access Management & PHR solutions to Health clients. In this role, the Project Manager willbe managing several small to medium sized projects so they are looking for someone that can multi task and likes working with a variety of clients.

**Main things you’ll need to be comfortable doing**:

- Support the delivery of Software Development projects through the entire cycle, from initiation to delivery
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Ensure project scope, goals and deliverables are defined
- Produce and maintain plans to the appropriate level
- Track project progress sprint by sprint
- Manage resource utilisation
- Manage and control project budgets and be accountable for delivery of project P&L
- Identifying Risks and issues and ensuring appropriate remediation / mitigation
- Promote AGILE development principles and ensure that team collaboration is effective
- Produce and deliver progress reports
- Manage multi internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships

**Key skills**:

- Experience of delivering projects from beginning to end, from requirements capture, through to testing and release
- Having managed multi-level customer and stakeholder relationships ideally in the NHS
- Experience in delivering multiple concurrent projects
- Agile methodologies (SCRUM) with knowledge and exposure of maintaining backlogs and Kanban boards

**Having this experience would be a bonus**:

- Commercial experience in a project management role specifically within a Software Development Lifecycle environment
- Knowledge of identity management an advantage (claims based identity, federated identity and related standards)
- Having worked supplier side in delivery assignments
- Experience of supporting Sales team in presales activity

**Stand out from the crowd with**:

- Previous experience in a Microsoft Cloud and Development stack environment (Azure,.NET MVC C#)
- Knowledge of B2C and DID
- Knowledge of quality management principles and information governance within a regulatory landscape
- Having worked in a variety of industries
