Job Role: Manufacturing Production Operative
Location: Oakham, LE15
Type: Full-time, permanent
Shift: 11:30am to 8:00pm

Our client is seeking to fill remaining 2 Production Operative positions, to work 11.30hrs to 20.00hrs on various work cells. Mechanical Assembly-based experience preferred but not essential as in-house training will be provided.

As a Production Operative you will undertake various assembly process activities.

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 40 hour week:
11.30-20.00hrs

Salary and Benefits:
Salary starting at £9.60 per hour, increasing after probation plus 15% shift allowance (£11.04 per hour including shift allowance)

Loyalty Incentive Bonus:
20 days holiday plus 8 Bank Holidays (increasing with service to max 25 days)

4 x salary death in service benefit (eligible after 3 months service)

5% pension contribution (eligible after 3 months service)

Income from Operations Bonus scheme (annual) up to 7% of salary
