Hambleton Farms, an independent owner-run food manufacturer and multi-site retailer, are looking for a Production Operative to join the team at their production kitchen in Oakham. Our business has grown significantly over the last 18 years, we have become a multi-award-winning operation, with an enthusiastic and dedicated team of employees, working across their Production Kitchen and 4 retail locations. Our delis are packed with a large selection of handmade pies, cooked meats, scotch eggs, olives and charcuterie. Our cheese counters are stocked with local, national and internationally sourced cheeses from only the finest producers. Our traditionally trained Butchers serve only the finest cuts of beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game. Our customers really are spoilt for choice What Youll Do As Production Operative: You will assist with the production of our delicious handmade products for sale in our retail units. Key responsibilities: Work in a busy, hands-on, production environment.Follow our signature recipes to batch cook a variety of our customers favourite products.Correctly package and label products for sale.Practice necessary due diligence health and safety, food safety, food hygiene etc. keeping our customers and employees safe.
