**About Towy Castle**

Towy Castle is a 61-bed care home nestled within three acres of beautiful grounds overlooking the Towy estuary. With over 35 years of experience providing compassionate residential and dementia care, we’re proud to offer a warm, welcoming home where residents and staff truly feel like family.

**What You'll Do**
- Plan and deliver a varied and inclusive activity programme tailored to residents’ interests and abilities
- Encourage participation in both group and one-to-one sessions
- Organise themed events, seasonal celebrations, and community outings
- Build positive relationships with local groups and volunteers
- Work closely with residents, families, and colleagues to create meaningful experiences
- Maintain simple records of activity attendance and feedback to support ongoing improvement

- **Safety-Aware**: Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety (training can be provided)

**Hours**: 2 days per week, Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
**Pay**: £12.50 per hour
**Contract**: Part-Time, Permanent
