Nolan UPVC is a leading manufacturer of UPVC windows and doors with a strong reputation for quality and service. We’re currently seeking an **experienced Administrator** to join our friendly, fast-paced team.

You'll play a key part in our aftersales and admin operations. We're looking for someone who can **hit the ground running**, with excellent communication and organisational skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Aftersales (Primary Focus)**:

- Scheduling and coordinating daily routes for service engineers
- Logging and actioning customer calls in our database
- Scanning and uploading documents to the customer database
- Ordering parts and managing supplier communications
- Handling urgent customer issues and ensuring timely resolutions
- Keeping the database updated with relevant notes and progress updates

**Administrative Support**:

- Assisting other departments during periods of absence or high demand
- Photocopying, filing, and general office admin duties

**Data Entry (Training at later date)**:

- Entering window and door orders into our internal systems
- Processing and ordering specialised products from suppliers
- Liaising with suppliers to track order statuses
- Preparing invoices and delivery notes
- Providing holiday/sickness cover for the data entry team

**About You**:

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.21-£12.55 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
