**Senior Internal Recruiter, Full-time, Permanent**

**Dual-site role between Greek Street, Leeds - Lakeside, Doncaster (Head Office)**

**with occasional travel to other Navartis Offices, where necessary to fulfil the job requirements**

**Salary - £28,000-30,000 per annum + Benefits (DOE)**

The role of a Senior Internal Recruiter within Navartis holds paramount importance as you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to join Navartis. You must have strong stakeholder management skills along with experience working with senior leadership teams to help achieve business goals, excel when working under pressure, find motivation in meeting targets and deadlines, and possess a genuine 'can-do' mindset.

You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager. Prior experience in Agency Recruitment and or Internal Recruitment is essential. **The Responsibilities of an Senior Internal Recruiter;**
- Advertising Roles
- Growing the database
- Conduct face to face interviews
- Responsible in delivering the desired number of hires alongside our Recruitment Manager
- You will help deliver a bespoke end to end internal recruitment process
- Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development
- Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills

Your ability to source, assess, and onboard top talent is fundamental to Navartis' mission to make a significant impact on the world of engineering and tech recruitment. You will have a pivotal role within the team and will be expected to be proactive, self-motivated and be able to prioritise your workload.
