Our client is an international law firm considered to be leaders in innovation. They are now looking for dedicated and confident, experienced Internal Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Manager to join their growing team at their Yorkshire offices on a permanentbasis.

This is a truly varied and exciting role at the cutting-edge of change and innovation, the main responsibilities for the Internal Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Manager will be to operate in a Client facing role and manage Client instructions from initialinstruction through to placement with the support of the wider Resourcing and Operations team.

The key duties will include:

- Providing exceptional support to the firm’s internal Partner teams and external Client base with a high degree of credibility and sector specific knowledge within the designated area of expertise.
- Interviewing and progressing potential new Lawyer Consultants.
- Uncovering new business opportunities.
- Negotiating fees with Senior Management’s support and guidance.
- Managing ongoing Assignments in line with strict processes confirming any extensions and feeding back to the team.

The Internal Recruitment Consultant/Recruitment Manager will ideally have previous experience within a legal services provider and a thorough knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process. It is essential to possess strong senior stakeholder management skillswhile keeping abreast of the legal services market and untapped opportunities. The Recruitment Manager will be an excellent team player with the ability to motivate and inspire others and work towards collective goals.
