R J White Garden Services Ltd is the one-stop shop for garden services in the Thames Valley. Based in Henley-on-Thames and working within the surrounding area. We are a small firm which prides ourselves on customer satisfaction and workmanship. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team to continue to make gardens and all green spaces look fantastic for our customers. Flexible working pattern considered.

**Responsibilities**:

- Install and maintain seasonal plants, shrubs and trees
- Mulch, edge and weed gardens
- Lawn mowing
- Pruning
- Maintain gardening equipment
- Monitor and maintain the health of plants
- Deal with pests and diseases that may damage plants
- Customer engagement during time-on-site
- Work as part of a team to deliver services to our customers
- Keep gardens and green spaces clear of debris

**Requirements**:

- Experience desirable, ability to learn, be willing to participate in ongoing training.
- Must demonstrate a passion and interest in horticulture and gardening
- Enjoy working with a small friendly team
- Happy to work outdoors in all seasons
- Good customer relationship skills and verbal communication
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Driving licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: £23,800.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Henley, Oxfordshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
