This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join Dreams as a Project Manager. This role offers great ownership and plays a huge part in the planning, support and implementation of property renewal projects across Dreams estate. This person will drivenew format and sustainability initiatives across our business.
What you'll be doing:

- Responsible for Head Office 'Bedquarters' building management
- Support the Projects Controller with all aspects of project work and delivery
- Ensure that project outcomes present our products and brand in the optimum way
- Management, development and storage of all relevant documentation
- Keep up to date with health and safety legislation to ensure company compliance and expected levels of communication are always met
- Ensure all targets and deadlines are met in accordance with the priorities of the department and wider business
- Be the point of contact for onsite activities for both internal and external colleagues
- End to end project management with the ability to write detailed specifications and scopes for all contractor's works, tendering, implementation, snagging, reporting, budgeting
- Manage relationship with suppliers and contractors to achieve the best outcomes for the business

A bit about you:

- Excellent organisation, problem solving and communication skills
- Resilient along with a common sense approach
- Strong IT skills including Excel, Power point. CAD experience is beneficial but not essential
- Supportive team player
- Full driving licence - travel and hotel stays as required
