Hours: Full Time - 40 hours - Monday to FridayCreating and maintaining great places to live and work delivered by excellent people who care…Purpose of RoleEssential: Suitable candidates must already have High Level Security Clearance or recently lapsed High Level Security Clearance and be a UK Sole National.We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join our Defence Region and support an established team delivering various projects across the MOD Built Estate in the Southeast.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will will oversee the full life cycle of multiple projects with values ranging from £100k to £5mill.Essential: Suitable candidates must already have High Level Security Clearance or recently lapsed High Level Security Clearance and be a UK Sole National.Responsibilities• Work on multiple projects at one time and showcase your ability to prioritise your workload• Lead new building and listed building projects through the full construction cycle• Plan, manage and coordinate projects in line with the governance applied• Report to the Senior Project Manager on all projects• Ensure projects are managed to the dates and costs on the schedule of projects• Manage stakeholder relationships• Managing the full life cycle projects from design, pre-construction, procurement, construction and project closure.• Presenting designs and project progress to the client, customers and end users• Work with the supply chain to develop projects from the early phases of a project (Project Scoping through the RIBA phases to RIBA 7)• Writing scope and agreeing this with the clients and customers• Reporting to the Client and customers on project progress, issues, risk and opportunities.Essential Qualifications/Skills• Must be willing to work on site in Buckinghamshire.• Must have a background in Construction, Mechanical, Electrical or Civils• Hold a CSCS Card• Hold a valid SMSTS qualification• Health and Safety, either IOSH or NEBOSH• Must hold active High Level Security Clearance Or recently lapsed High Level Security Clearance• Must be a UK Sole National and be prepared to undergo any further clearance process.• Exceptional communication skills as you will need to interface with clients, sub-contractors, designers and customer as well as other building occupants and military personnel.• Exceptional organisational skills as you will be managing multiple construction projects• A can do attitude and be prepared to support the wider delivery team• Must have an understanding of the RIBA phases• Excellent commercial awareness and experience of managing a supply chain.In return for your hard work we offer additional training and development, 26 days holiday (+ bank holidays), generous pension contribution, life assurance and much more.We are VINCI Facilities – experts in the built environment.
