Filling Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our **Filling Operative **for the **Operational part** of our business. You will be based **at our European Manufacturing site in Gravesend.** You will join us on a full time, permanent basis working **Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 16.00 and Friday 7.30 - 14.00** and in return you will receive a **competitive salary.**

**About the **Filling Operative** **role**:
You will be part of one of the most important Moove teams who operate our production filling lines. The production lines fill a variety of oils and lubricants into containers. It will be part of your role to ensure the effective use of our filling machines with the upmost consideration for product integrity, you will conduct regular quality and safety checks such as visual checks or taking measurements. We have a high standard of housekeeping in all areas of our plant which all staff contribute to keep this high standard. Communication is a key requirement for all our team members, we use our Moove attitudes training to establish a clear and robust way to conduct ourselves whilst on site. Interaction with other key departments where necessary is a requirement for our LEAN manufacturing efficiencies.

**Skills required of** **our **FILLING OPERATIVE** **role**:

- A great work ethic. This position can be very repetitive, and you are standing all day, so you need to be resilient
- Desire to learn as the opportunities that Moove can offer you to develop your career if you are keen to learn are superb
- Great communication, relationship and interpersonal skills. You will be working as part of a diverse team (we have over 26 different languages spoken here)
