We are looking for a motivated and ambitious SHE Advisor to join our team on the TKRE framework, supporting the delivery of a range of exciting schemes. Provide leadership, advice, and support to project teams on all SHE matters.
Support and embed Morgan Sindall’s Protecting People Commitment across the project.
Provide coordination and leadership within the business unit SHEQ function.
Report accurately and effectively on SHEQ performance and key metrics.
Champion a positive culture of safety, wellbeing, and sustainability across all operations
Has experience on infrastructure or heavy civil engineering projects.
Has experience leading or contributing to incident investigations and root cause analysis.
Is confident in challenging others constructively to uphold safety standards.

Our transmission and distribution services involve the upgrading and replacement of electricity assets both above and below ground. Within the electricity sector we install and maintain assets, including excavation, laying, and jointing of cables, (fluid filled and XLPe), substations and overhead line, new build, repair, and refurbishment services.
