**About Us**
UK Architectural Heritage is a seller of premium architectural and decorative antiques. Based in rural Herefordshire, we are one of the largest reclamation yards in the country with showrooms and warehouses packed with hand-picked antiques in styles through the ages. We work with architects, interior and retail designers, filmmakers, property developers and homeowners.
**The Role**
- Working with our Director and the wider team to answer client enquiries in a timely and informative manner
- Implementing effective systems for managing customer databases and enquiries
- Placing items on reserve and following up with clients
- Coordinating sales, refunds and returns
- Responding to orders through our website and third-party platforms
- Raising invoices and reconciling payments
- Scheduling collections and deliveries: organising trip days for our in-house delivery team, arranging trusted couriers
- Assisting clients with customs documentation
- Requesting documents for anti-money laundering checks when required (training provided)
- Work alongside the office team to maintain efficient office processes: filing, using the card machine, office organisation, etc
- 1 year experience in a similar role
- Educated to degree level
- Excellent IT skills: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Apple Mac
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent customer-facing and written communication skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- Strong time management skills
- Team player
- Right to work in the UK
- Own transport essential due to our rural location
- Experience with QuickBooks Accounting System
- Interest in Antiques

**Other Information**

**Salary**:£26,000 - £32,000 pro rata dependant on experience
