We are recruiting for a Resource Co-ordinator to join our team. You will be based in our Chandlers Ford office and will provide a high-quality service to our clients.

**About you**

**What you will be doing**
- Build a rapport with customers by engaging with them in an attractive, friendly, and professional manner.
- Prioritise and schedule breakdowns, ensuring you address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction while maintaining accurate company records.
- Schedule and plan preventative maintenance promptly using company databases.
- Co-ordinate a team of external engineers, ensuring breakdowns and service visits remain within KPI’s.
- Assign roles and tasks to dedicated team members based on individual strengths and abilities.
- Review and action all site visit reports by communicating with the attending engineer and customer.
- Ensure all site visit reports are actioned and invoiced promptly.
- Ensure Service Kits are provided to clients, and emergency spares are sourced and ordered as required.
- Follow company communications, guidelines, and procedures under mínimal supervision.

**What you’ll need**
- Previous experience within a fast paced scheduling or customer service role
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage workload and prioritise
- Have excellent problem solving skills and be able to remain focused during challenging times
- A flexible and positive approach
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
