To strengthen our Human Resource team and to support the Workdry Group in attracting and retaining talent we have a great new opportunity for an HR Recruitment Coordinator to join our friendly team.
**What will the role look like**:
- Supporting the Recruitment team with daily administrative tasks which will include updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), scheduling interviews and issuing contract documentation
- Advertising new vacancies on various platforms & creating appealing, effective adverts
- Carrying out compliance checks
- Issuing of correspondence to new starters
- To actively be involved in HR / Resourcing projects as required.
**What are we looking for**:
- Proven history within a customer service / administration environment preferred.
- HR / Recruitment Administration experience an advantage.
- Strong IT skills and experience of using databases
- Strong, confident, professional communication skills.
- Good time management skills, able to manage changing priorities
- Excellent attention to detail
- A can-do mind set and positive outlook
