**Job Purpose**:
To assist the Delegated Authority Team with data entry, provide general administration support to the Team and assist in ensuring compliance with TMHCC International’s Delegated Authority Framework for all applicable arrangements falling within both the London Market and Specialty Divisions.

TMHCC offers Hybrid working: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

**Key Responsibilities**:

- To assist the Senior Delegated Authority Analyst and Delegated Authority Analysts across both the London Market and Specialty Divisions, to accurately maintain the Customer Relationship Management (‘CRM’) system, which houses a central database for all third parties. This includes data entry into CRM for all delegated authority arrangements.
- To assist in the continuing development of the CRM system to ensure that it remains an effective third-party oversight system.
- To assist with the production of the annual Audit Schedule and ensure compliance with the approved Schedule. This includes liaising with third parties to arrange the audits and ensuring that all invoices are paid (by liaising with the Finance Department) within the required SLAs.
- To keep our panel of auditors up to date and carry out the auditor due diligence on an annual basis, as well as track and maintain audit quotes within the CRM system.
- To provide support to the Delegated Authority Analysts gathering required coverholder compliance procedures and financials from the Lloyd’s Atlas system in advance of upcoming renewals and provide support when the Delegated Authority Analysts are completing all coverholder and contract-level due diligence reviews.
- To provide the Bordereaux Manager in the Operations Team with the list of upcoming renewing binders to be entered into the VIPR DA Bordereaux Management System and run reports from CRM to notify the Bordereaux Manager of any agreement changes.
- To liaise with the Bordereaux Manager to ensure the Delegated Authority Analysts are receiving the required bordereaux feedback from the Operations Team for upcoming renewals.
- To assist with the various reporting from CRM that the Department completes for key stakeholders within the business.
- To tidy up the Delegated Authority folder ensuring the files are organised in accordance with the documented folder structure.
- To review the Lloyd’s Delegated Contract Manager (‘DCOM’) and Delegated Audit Manager (‘DAM’) systems on a regular basis and inform the Delegated Authority Analysts of any tasks which require actioning.
- To keep up to date with all regulatory and Lloyd’s updates and changes affecting the Delegated Authority market.
- To complete ad hoc delegated authority tasks as requested by the Delegated Authority Manager.
- To build and maintain a strong relationship with the Compliance Department and all appropriate business units.

- Lines of business across both the London Market and Specialty divisions include A&H, Aviation, Delegated Property, Energy, Financial Lines, HCC Specialty, Marine (Hull, Cargo and Liability), Professional Risks and Credit & Surety.

**Skills and Experience Specification**:
**Essential**:

- Attention to detail and data entry skills
- Strong written and communication skills.
- A proactive attitude to want to learn more about the insurance market and the delegated authority market.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with each member of the Department and other divisions.
- Hardworking and a team player.
- IT literate.
- No previous experience required but a strong interest to work within the insurance market necessary.

**Desirable**:

- A basic understanding of the insurance market.
