We have the opportunity for part-time Sales Advisors to join our team in Glasgow (Weekend work with minimum 13.5 hours)

**Wholesale Domestic Bathrooms** are an award winning third generation family run business looking for friendly and hardworking Sales Advisors to join our busy and fast paced Sales Team at the weekends

The successful individual will have a professional outlook and be forward thinking with a ‘can-do’ attitude. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day showroom operations, generating sales whilst delivering a professional customer shopping experience both face to face and over the telephone.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Greeting customers who enter the store
- Deal with customer queries over the phone, face to face and digitally.
- Give advice and guidance on product selection to customers
- Assisting shoppers to find the products they are looking for
- Liaising with external suppliers on behalf of the customer
- Deliver all round excellent customer service and ensure customers have a great shopping experience
- Processing card and cash payments, and end of day reconciliation procedures.
