**Salary: £35K-£42K**

My client is a well-established industry leading Law Firm based in Liverpool City Centre, they are well recognised for their high-profile clientele and their staff retention. They have received various rewards for their efforts including investors in peopleand training provider of the year.

My client is looking for a 3rd Line Support engineer to join their team of engineers on a permanent basis. In this role you will be required to lead and participate in interesting projects. Currently this business is undergoing an exciting digital transformation,having recently completed an office 365 migration they are looking for an engineer to assist with an On Prem to the Cloud Migration.

This role requires a passionate, driven and ambitious engineer with an excellent can-do attitude. Someone who is eager to hit the ground running and participate in incredible infrastructure projects whilst also picking up service desk tickets.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Participate in exciting infrastructure projects
- Carry out 2nd and some 3rd Line Support
- Manage Backups
- Support company telephony
- Identify on going IT related issues, implementing solutions to resolve them on a long-term basis
- Maintain Servers and Networking infrastructure
- Maintain Virtualised Environments

- Networking**-**LAN/WAN, DHCP/DNS
