We are working with an award-winning business within financial services that require an Administrator. The position would really suit someone highly organised, who is confident to plan and prioritise work and work to deadlines. The company is based closeto Wilmslow and has good public transport links. The role is offering up to GBP24,000, dependent upon experience and will be working full time Mon to Fri from 9am to 5.30pm. It would be an advantage to understand financial services, however this is not essential.It is essential you have previous experience providing administrative support within a business and you have strong communication skills both written and over the telephone.
About the role:

- Administration support
- Making amendments to contracts for the members and ensuring all documents recorded and correct
- Other administration tasks will include, mail merges, post, filing and data cleansing
- Answering the telephone and providing reception support to the business
- Supporting with marketing campaigns and ensuring all information for members is kept up to date and logged to enable mail shots to be sent out
- Assisting with occasional events held by the company
Essential skills and experience:

- Proven administration experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal with an excellent telephone manner
Ability to use Microsoft Word and Excel and have the ability to pick up other internal systems
- Positive and friendly character who enjoys to work within a small team
- Organised, adaptable and confident to interact with people both face to face and over the telephone at all levels
