Centre of Excellence, a fast-growing and successful online training company in the holistic health and wellness industry is looking for a talented business administrator to join their friendly, supportive and passionate team.

They are seeking a dynamic, skilled business administrator with a passion for holistic health and wellness and excellent customer service skills, with at least 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities**:
Your main responsibilities will include dealing with all business administration across the whole company from PA and administration assisting the CEO, scheduling bookings with customers for reiki attunements, creating sales and vat invoices, checking audio and video files, incoming enquiries and support requests across different channels, to support a student throughout their learning journey, from initial enquiry and set up, through to completion. You must posses a range of administrative skills that can be used across all areas of the business. Excellent computer skills are a must for this role.

This is a home based role with a head office located in Macclesfield, Cheshire.

The hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. There are monthly team meetings to attend which are held in the Macclesfield area.
