**Job Description**:
Netcompany has ambitious growth objectives in the UK, and employer branding is an important enabler of this. This is a great opportunity to accelerate your career ambitions. In this combined strategic and delivery role, you’ll present Netcompany in a differentiated way, while also supporting our recruitment and employee advocacy goals. You’ll work closely with our HR and Marketing teams to identify opportunities in the UK market and then set the agenda through a calendar of activities that are targeted towards an audience of IT delivery professionals.
Your objective will be to shape an innovative Employer Branding strategy, but you’ll be responsible for executing your strategy too. You should be driven by delivery, with a passion for events, career fairs, employer branding, social media and in general be able to create stories and content to strengthen our position.
As part of the role you will be:
- Responsible for running the employer branding initiatives and activities in United Kingdom with an audience of experienced IT professionals and early talent
- Building strong relationships with target universities and other stakeholders
- Planning and executing an events and activity calendar across our target groups
- Sourcing, organising, and attending relevant career fairs
- Driving employer brand comms such as the career website, external pages, brochures etc.
- Supporting stakeholders in the business as they create job descriptions and job ads
- Influencing the direction of various touch points such as employee experience, onboarding, internal comms, etc.
- Leading the UK talent content on Netcompany social channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Vercida and Glassdoor - including developing and driving talent campaigns with the Group employer branding team
- Constantly looking at the social media ecosystem, driving fresh ideas for content and recommending new channels
- Providing employer branding support for UK D&I, Social Values, or people initiatives
**Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you must be a passionate employer branding or internal comms professional who is motivated by strategy but also loves being hands on. We’ll be looking to you to maintain and further develop our strong foundation and brand, but bringing fresh ideas through innovative and creative activities that showcase our EVP’s and strong culture to our target groups.

- Extensive experience in a similar position
- Creative, structured and detail-oriented
- Strong relationship-builder at all levels
- Strong written communicator
- Experience in organising and running events / meetups
- Social Media native with a strong passion for creating content that stands out in the news feed and knows how to tailor the content for each social media platform
