You will join the Global Employer Brand team and focus on partnering with the Global Early Careers team to attract, engage and recruit diverse talent to opportunities spanning apprenticeships, insight programmes, internships, and graduate hires.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Delivering innovative recruitment marketing campaigns to educate and attract diverse and high-quality talent to the Bank’s Early Careers opportunities
- Project management and activation of campus engagement initiatives and advertising including but not limited to events, social media, and regional media channels
- Partnering with and managing vendor relationships to ensure costs are managed & projects are delivered on time
- Managing structured reporting across Early Careers Employer Brand campaigns
**Your skills and experience**
- Proven experience and understanding of Employer Brand and/or Brand and Communications
- Ability to manage high volume and operational delivery
- Capable of driving project delivery to specifications without direct supervision and in a matrixed environment
