**What you’ll do**

As a pivotal member of the Vodafone UK Employer Brand & Attraction team, the Employer Brand & Attraction Specialist will play a key role in project management and be responsible for crafting and executing industry-leading employer brand content, messaging, and campaigns aimed at positioning Vodafone as the employer of choice.

Reporting to the Employer Brand & Attraction Manager within the wider Culture and Engagement function, this role will contribute significantly to our mission of becoming the #1 best place to work, while attracting, retaining, and engaging diverse talent. In this role you will:

- Develop, manage, and execute campaigns aligned with our Employer Value Proposition and Employer Brand, covering digital strategies, creative development, channel planning, campaign activation, website management, films, events, and social media
- Lead, develop and implement recruitment attraction campaigns aligned with business needs through collaborative efforts
- Work effectively with Employer Branding & Attraction partners, suppliers and agencies
- Support with the creation of careers site content and ongoing enhancements
- Comprehensive measurement for and reporting of usage channels to enable continuous improvement and effective return of investments made, including planning & executing job board inventory based decisions to ensure optimal visibility and alignment with attraction goals.
- Manage social media strategies, encompassing both organic and paid efforts, to enhance Vodafone's employer brand presence.

**Who you are**

We’re looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering Employer Brand programmes in complex organisations within an inhouse or agency environment
- Expertise in creating and executing attraction strategies for organisations running multiple campaigns concurrently
- Proficient creative and copywriting skills, with the ability to develop attraction collateral across diverse channels (website copy, video, imagery, posters, banners)
- Talent attraction expertise, including job boards, job postings, CV database access, sourcing platforms and social & digital media
- Proficient in analysing data sets for data-driven decision-making, with the ability to make calculated decisions in the absence of data
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and successfully deliver to deadlines
- A proven track record in collaborative relationship building and stakeholder management skills, with exceptional commercial and negotiation skills to secure optimal agreements with external agencies & suppliers
- Able to deliver high-quality work, with attention to detail as brand guardian.
