The Company:

- The Company is an established Travel business that operates across UK, and globally. They aim to continue to deliver outstanding customer services and growth within the travel industry, to continue the success they have already had. They need someone whohas experience with customer & brand centric D2C business, with a background in marketing analytics & consumer research, who has a proven track record of building & leading high-performance teams.

The Role:
As Head of Customer Insight & Analytics, your responsibilities will include:

- The focus of this role will be the customer, running the team to build insight and strategy to continue the growth of the company.
- You will be working in a wider leadership team reporting to the Chief Customer Officer. Whilst working closely with the Head of Customer Loyalty & CRM, and external agency partners
- This role is primarily responsible for Customer and Market Insight & analysis, working with a large customer database and extensive CRM program.
- This position will take a lead on providing detailed analysis and insight to inform all aspects of the marketing plan, including the customer contact strategy, creative execution and data selections for marketing.
- A major part of this role will be working in customer segmentation and understanding of customer barriers & triggers.

Skills and Experience:

- Someone who is comfortable getting hands on with the data if required.
- Significant experience within customer insights and/or analytics function with clear examples of how your work has delivered commercial value.
