**STAFFORDSHIRE (50% remote)**

This is an opportunity for an Insight Analyst to join a leading hospitality company. You will benefit from interesting projects and stakeholder engagement, as well as excellent training and progression, with opportunities to perform a range of advanced analytics.

**THE COMPANY**

This role is with a leading hospitality company with venues across the country that provides a range of different products and offerings. They take Data and Analytics very seriously, and they have invested heavily into this space by building out their Analyticsfunction. Therefore, they are data-driven and looking for analytical professionals to join the team.

**THE ROLE**

As the Customer Insight Analyst, you'll be reporting to the Head of Insight and joining the wider Analytics team, and on the day-to-day, you will be:

- Drawing insights from data using Excel for manipulation, extraction and analysis to help understand the customer base and business problems
- Conducting analysis on customer feedback, understanding what customers are saying, their experience and full journey
- Visualising data in a clear and effective format so that it can be understood as a data story by both technical and non-technical audiences
- Explaining actionable insights back to key stakeholders to make business-defining recommendations

**YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

You don't have to tick every box but experience across the following would be beneficial:

- 2:1 Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or related field from a leading university
- Excellent proficiency in Excel for advanced deep-dive data analysis, having utilised it in a commercial role previously
- Proficiency in a data visualisation tool, such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to stakeholders and communicating data findings
- Experience in a commercial role with a focus on customer insight, customer loyalty, and feedback data
