Senior FP&A Analyst Location: Staffordshire - (Hybrid Working 1 to 2 days onsite)
A leading international organisation is seeking a talented Senior FP&A Analyst to join its finance team. This is a highly visible role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders and supporting strategic decision making through robust financial planning and analysis.

The role has a strong FP&A focus, encompassing forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling and scenario planning across revenue streams and operating costs. You will also contribute to process improvements, systems development and the implementation of streamlined management reporting to enhance insight and drive efficiencies.

While transactional finance and historical reporting are already covered by an established team, your role will concentrate on forward looking analysis, shaping the financial outlook of the business, supporting senior leadership and providing commercial challenges to drive sustainable growth.


Lead monthly forecasting and variance analysis, presenting insights to account managers and senior leadership.
Support ad hoc financial reviews, business cases and scenario modelling.
Improve automation and management reporting to deliver sharper business insights.
Provide tax, statutory and compliance oversight in conjunction with group reporting.


Practice trained, ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with preferably 2-5 years PQE.
Recent FP&A and commercial finance experience within a complex, multi entity environment.
Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
Proactive, analytical and commercially minded, with a passion for driving performance and efficiency.
