**Shift Patterns**:As stated below

Monday to Thursday - Split shift from 06:45 to 08:45 and 14:45 to 21:30

Friday - 06:45 to 21:30,

Saturday - 07:00 to 14:00.

Average of 56.75 hours per week.

**Your main responsibilities will include**:

- Include all details as shown on Vacancy Request Form.
- Security Manned Guarding Services
- Access/Egress Control Duties
- Regular/Irregular Site Inspection Patrols of the Assignment.
- CCTV Monitoring Duties.
- Switchboard Operation
- Performing regular Health and Safety checks.
- Regular and accurate report writing.
- Dealing with First Aid situations as/when they arise.
- Carrying out any other reasonable management requests.
- Proactive interaction with the customer and authorised visitors/ contractors offering superb customer service.
- Dealing with deliveries, enquiries and reporting any issues on site.
- Covering all required security related duties as/when required.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following**:

- Applicants must be aged 18+ with a valid SIA License.
- Must have a 5-year checkable work or back to school history.
- Proof of right to work and live in the UK.
- Able to work as part of a Team and also on own.
- Approachable, Diplomatic & Reliable
- Ability to think ‘Outside the Box’ - when applicable.
- High expectation of customer service delivery.
- Flexible and willing to learn new procedures.
