Responsible to the Office Manager, the duties for this important role are varied, requiring a confident individual with the ability to work solely and as a team player in cooperation with our HR and Operations department.

In your role, you will need excellent organisational skills and be able to communicate clearly and professionally with both customers and our teams.

A positive and friendly attitude is essential, showing initiative, flexibility and creative thinking as you will regularly liaise with employees and must be committed to provide staff with an enhanced level of customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in the coordination of staffing within all Kidzcare centres.
- Arranging shifts with staff (liaising daily & weekly)
- Attendance management (calls and data)
- Recruitment: assisting with interviews
- New employee registration and paperwork in compliance with Care Inspectorate Safer Recruitment and Kidzcare policy
- Prepare Offer letter & Contracts
- Keep staff files up to date
- Handling confidential information with discretion.
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks.
- General office duties, including filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
- Minute taking
