We are excited to offer a new opportunity for a Senior Community Care Assistant to join our close-knit, dedicated team. This hybrid role involves both field-based senior care duties and office auditing, with the goal of training for care plan writing, risk assessments, and eventually becoming an in-house trainer.

**Guaranteed Hours & Set Shifts**:

- Office auditing on Tuesdays from 10 AM to 2 PM
- Friday mornings 7am to 14pm
- Every other Saturday and Sunday morning
- ⁠If more hours are desired in the week this can be arranged.
- Additional flexible work available on top of set shifts
- Flexible and committed
- Compassionate with a strong desire to provide high standards of care
- Experienced in the care sector, ideally holding at least a Level 2 NVQ or eager to work towards this qualification
- Innovative and passionate, with fresh ideas to contribute
- Computer-savvy and comfortable using digital tools in care management
- Passionate about continuous professional development.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.20-£13.25 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
